This is the ultimate Wegovy challenge! In this video I’ll test the limits and see how many calories I can consume in only 24 hours while being on Wegovy/Semaglutide/Ozempic and if it is possible to eat a whole 5,000 calories in a single day! Many people have been amazed by my weight loss journey, but when I mention that I’ve been using Wegovy, they immediately assume it’s all due to the medication. This is a common misunderstanding of how Wegovy, Ozempic, Semaglutide and other GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro, Tirzepatide work. With this video I want to show that even on wegovy, ozempic, mounjaro, semaglutide, tirzepatid or the alike, you still need to think about what you consume. These medications help with appetite control but do not automatically lead to weight loss — it's all about what you eat and ultimately calories in vs calories out! I therefore want to show that you can easily - accidentally - eat a very low volume but of very calories dense things, which will result in a high calorie intake. In this experiment, I’ll demonstrate how you can easily consume high-calorie, low-volume foods, even while on Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro or similar weight-loss drugs. I’m showing you how you still need to make mindful decisions about what you eat, even with these medications.
