The decisive moment came suddenly when his wife, Sherry, handed him several couples photos taken at parties and vacations. ‘We looked really great.’ Some photos dated back to their wedding eight years ago, and there were some from their honeymoon. ‘Our healthier heyday,’ he said to me. He didn’t want any more ‘crappy pictures’ like the last one he saw of himself taken at a party inside Suzanne Kasler’s house. These images conveyed a passionate and energetic Napier as he leaned towards his beautiful wife, smiles lighting up their faces. A fit, fun couple who loved each other and life.

With renewed energy and a strong support system, Ben set out on a path to self-transformation, incorporating regular exercise, eating with purpose, and nurturing self-care as daily habits.
