Jog in place or do some light jumping jacks for one minute to get your blood flowing. Exercise number one: High Knees. Run in place while lifting your knees as high as possible. Do this for one minute. Next, we have Squat Jumps. Lower into a squat, then explode upward into a jump. Repeat for one minute. Third, Plank to Push-Up. Start in a plank position, lower to your forearms, and then push back up. Alternate for one minute. Fourth, Mountain Climbers.
