An update on my Calibrate weight loss journey. I’m down 37.48 pounds since November 28. I’m very pleased with my progress and weight loss! I was feeling a bit bored of my workout out schedule so I am going back to doing Beachbody Liift4. Done with my first week and really enjoying it! I'm a middle age woman in her 50s still bumbling hopefully through life. I am on a journey to lose weight and be the healthiest me I can be!
