Are you following the advice being given in the materials that come in the package? Part of losing weight means being informed fam. So I thought I'd just give some tips that helped me while I was on Power 90. I'm not a fitness expert and don't claim to be one, but these are things which I did that helped me to lose 28lbs. I haven't changed my eating habits much since finishing Power 90 and have lost a total of 36lbs so far. I hope this helps you out.
