Run and Gun Stationary Runs 2. Twisters 3. Hip Openers 4. Lying Lumbar Twists 5. Glute Hip Bridge Take a 30 Second Break and then go to circuit 1 Shred 16 Circuit 1 Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 minutes one after the other for 4 straight rounds (no rest in between rounds) - Total Time = 16 minutes 1. Pulse Lunges (4 per side) 2. Push Up Jacks 3. Abs Crunch to Oblique Heel Touches (4 reps each) 4. Kicks Ups to Triceps Dips (4 reps each) Take a 60 second Rest and then move onto Circuit 2 Shred-16 Circuit 2 Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 minutes one after the other for 4 straight rounds (no rest in between rounds) Total Time = 16 minutes 1. Wide-Reg-Close-Jump Squats 2. Abs Bicycles to Hip Raises (4 reps each) 3. 3 Burpees to 10 High Knees 4.
