I add about a half cup of orange juice, one scoop of the Quest protein, which has about 24 to 25 g of protein, two drops of vitamin D, one tablespoon of chia seeds, and one tablespoon of psyllium husks. You need the fiber, and the shake also provides protein, vitamin D, antioxidants, fatty acids, and crunch. It will keep you regular, help regulate blood sugar, maintain your abs, and build muscle—and the best part is that it's delicious! You could use chocolate protein and omit that orange juice. You can also add cocoa powder while omitting the orange juice. It's an incredible breakfast that you can play around with to power pack your morning.
