It helps your neurochemistry, and helps you sleep better at night too. So, I don't promote a lot, but a little bit is okay. And some good choices are a red wine, and I generally recommend organic wines, so a nice organic red wine would be a great choice. A glass of white wine is perfectly fine. Especially something that's less sweet, like a Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc. If you want to have a cocktail that's okay too; however, try to stay away from those kind of really fruity and sweet drinks like those Midori Sours, or those certain Martinis.
