You can move up to 4-5 days per week or you can do it 20-to-40 minutes at a time or you can do the whole full 20 minute workout up to 3 times per day. How fast can you lose 5, 10, 15, or 20 pounds (or more) doing this simple workout to lose weight fast in your bathroom? It all depends on 2 things. 1.
