I hit my 1800 calorie target today and not because I wanted lol – check out my progress so far: Starting date: 31 Jan 2025 Starting weight: 100.1kg Today’s date: 16 Feb 2025 Today’s weight: 97kg (looks like it went up from yesterday) For breakfast, I had hummus with egg and bacon, delicious but almost half of all my daily calories! Lunch had in store goulash and mash from last night - I don’t like to make waste. For dinner, I had another Lidl Mexican Tuna Salad, but I added more tuna to catch up on protein.
