Show Notes: In the last 2 years , I’ve lost 160 lbs. With the help of Mounjaro since August 2023 along with the eating healthier and walking. I did some strength training but not enough. I’m catching up now. I had gastric bypass 24 years ago and regained after five years had a revision to make my pouch smaller, which only allowed about 50 more pounds to off. I spent about 14 years being obese again around the 290 to 310 pounds and when I started my journey on December 21, 2022, I was 313 pounds.
