Keep room temperature as cool as possible and learn to acclimate your body to the colder temperature. 2. Standing work station, if possible standing up while working at your desk will burn more calories then sitting. If this is not possible be sure to stand up and walk around every hour or so. 3. Eat Several small meals a day, allowing your digestion more time to break down and utilize the nutrients in your food. Large meals place higher stress on your digestive system, leading to chances of increased fat gain. 4. Drink a glass of water with all your meal. Drinking a large glass of water can aid your digestive enzymes by increasing the surface area of the food in your stomach. 5. Naps, yes if your schedule can permit a nap in the afternoon, a short period of rest can help curb your hunger pains.
