They both work the same way, but no matter what; make sure that you're staying hydrated. The bicycle exercise is very good for the knees and backs. The third exercise is a stair stepper which is also great for the knees. This exercise builds muscle in the thighs as well as burning fat and calories, giving multiple benefits for one exercise. The next exercise shown is jumping on a trampoline. When jumping, don't jump too high. Shorter jumps give you more exercise than if you were to take big leaps. The fifth exercise is yoga.
