The most important thing to do for this body type is to reduce stress and get sleep. People with this body type also should not go on a low-protein diet. Body type #2 — The thyroid body type People with this body type typically have weight all over, not in one location. But, let’s say you’re diagnosed with a thyroid problem. You’re prescribed hormones, and you don’t see any changes. This might be because the thyroid problem is actually a secondary problem to something else. A thyroid problem may be from having too much estrogen, a T4-T3 conversion issue from the liver and gallbladder, or a stress/adrenal issue. You will want to identify the true source of the thyroid problem and eat foods that support that issue.
