Some days, it might be a light walk, other days a full-body workout. The key is consistency. Even standing core workouts (like this one!) help strengthen your midsection while keeping you active. 2. Eat Real Food & Cut the Junk Losing belly fat doesn’t mean starving yourself. In fact, you should be eating enough; just make better choices.
