Slice your mushroom, chop your bacon into pieces and shred your spinach. 2. Whisk two eggs, salt and pepper. 3. Lightly sauté the vegetables and the bacon in butter - cook for 1 minute and be careful to not overcook. Season well with salt, black paper, crushed chillies. 4. Add your eggs. As egg mixture begins to cook, gently lift the shed of omelette and tilt pan so that the uncooked egg flows underneath. Cook until set. 5. Fold serve and serve. 🍔Crispy chicken sandwich 1. Slice your chicken breast in half and season both side with garlic salt and black pepper. 2. Prepare three plates, one with 1 cup flour with black pepper + mixed herbs, the second with one whisked egg with crushed chilli flakes + salt and the third with crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs + dried crushed parsley. 3. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and lastly the breadcrumbs mixture. 4. Bake in the air fryer or in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 5. To make the mayonnaise: you can use burger mayonnaise or mix plain 1 tblsp. mayonnaise + 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard + 1 tbsp. honey + 2 tsp. lemon juice + pinch of black pepper. 6. Butter your bagels and brown them on the stove on the buttered side (or use burger buns) or toast them, lay your lettuce, the chicken breast and then your mayonnaise mixture. 🥬Spinach Green Pasta (Low carb dinner, vegetarian friendly) 1. Cook your linguine, in salted boiling water or cook pasta according to package instructions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water. 2. In a blender add: 1 cup milk(of your choice), 1/4 cup vegetable stock, 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 1/2 handfuls spinach, fresh basil, crushed chilli flakes and salt and blend until smooth. 3. In a pan, sauté 1 chopped onion and season with black pepper and salt. Cook for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp. vegetable stock or water to the onion. 4. Pour in your spinach sauce, and simmer on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes. 5. Add your cooked pasta to the sauce,seasoning, the juice of 1 lemon and toss to combine. Add pasta water as needed. 6.
