Stuff like vegetables, fruits, lean meats, eggs, oatmeal, rice, quinoa, berries, nuts, seeds, etc. Basically high quality nutrient dense natural unprocessed foods that will fill you up with fuel and energy without all the empty fattening calories of processed foods.
