Dry it under shade by spreading it on a clean cotton cloth. 7. Dry roast tablespoon full at a time. 8. Powder it in a mixie or mill it. 9. Sift it through five meshed sieve. 10. Mix with powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and keep it in a bottle. 11. Add a teaspoonful in hot milk and serve as a healthy drink to children.
