Remember, Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. So ‘trying harder’ next time isn’t a viable strategy. 3️⃣ Positive Self Talk - Stop talking trash to yourself! On this journey you can either be your biggest critic or your biggest motivator. One is going to leave you frustrated and feeling helpless, and one is going to empower you to continue making better decisions.
