Préchauffer le four à 180°C. 2. Faire fondre l’huile de coco au micro-ondes. 3. Dans un grand saladier, ajouter la farine de blé, la compote de pomme, le fromage blanc 0%, l’œuf, le sirop d’agave, l’huile de coco fondue et la levure chimique et mélanger jusqu’à obtenir un appareil homogène sans grumeaux. 4. Incorporer les pépites de chocolat et mélanger à nouveau. 5. Remplir aux 3/4 les moules à muffins en silicone (ou en papier). 6. Enfourner pendant 20 à 25 minutes. Ils doivent être juste dorés. 7.
