After the tenant moves out we can get a money judgment for you. The judgment usually
  includes rent through the date of judgment or the date the defendants vacate the premises,
  whichever is earlier. It can also include costs and attorneys' fees.

We will take the money out of the tenant's wages

We will put the judgment on the tenant's credit report
